Q What kinf of dishes can you prepare?

AWe offer Italian food.
We provide dishes which can be enjoyed by everyone using fork, knife and chopsticks.
We can also create kids plate and coursed menu depending on the age of children.

Q May I order items which can accommodate my allergies and dislikes?

AWe will do our best to accommodate your request of allergies and dislikes.

Please let us know as soon as possible so that we can prepare special meals accommodating your requests.

Q Is there minimum number of guests we have to have?

AWe welcome 2 or more guests and require minimum purchase of food and beverage of \50,000 on weekdays & \70,000 on weekends.

We select the best possible room for your event depending on the number of guests.
The maximum guests we can accommodate is 100 for sit down event and 120 for standing reception.

Q How long can we use a banquet room?

AWe normally offer the room for 2 hours.

If you need more than 2 hours, please let us know. Depending on availability, we may be able to accmmodate the request.

Q Can I rent AV equipments and furniture?

AFor Oriental room and Terrace room, we will lend out two wireless handheld microphones, a microphone stand, and audio equipment (CD/DVD player) for free.

For Lounge and Top lounge, we lend a wired handheld microphone and microphone stand for free.

Projector, screen, whiteboard and piano are available to rent with an additional fee.

Q Is it possible to reserve the room tentatively?

AWe can hold the room for one week.

In case you need more time to guarantee our reservation, please let us know.We will do our best to accommodate depending on availability.

Q By when should I make a reservation?

AWe request the reservation should be made at least one week in advance.

Q Can I change the number of guests and other arrangements?

AThe other arrangments can be changed up to one week prior to the event.
We would like to have the final number of the guests 2 day business days prior to the event.

Q How and when should I pay?

AYou may pay by cash or credit card at the end of the event.
If you prefer transfering the payment via bank, pleaes do so 2 business days prior to the event.
We cannot accept bank transfer after the event.

Q Is there a cancellation fee?

AIf you cancel the event,
there's 30% cancellation fee if you cancel the event 2 to 7 days prior to the event (including tax and service).
there's 50% cancellation fee if you cancel the day before the event (including tax and service).
there's 100% cancellation fee if you cancel the day of the event (including tax and service).

When you change the guests count:
there's 50% cancellation fee if you cancel the day before the event (including tax and service).
there's 100% cancellation fee if you cancel the day of the event (including tax and service).

Q Is there a parking lot?

AUp to 2 cars can park in our parking space.
Since there is no other affiliated parking lot in the area, please use near by coin parking lots.

Q Is there a shuttle bus?

A There's no shuttle bus, however, we can arrange one for you.
